Road bike training and boxing.

I never expected my goal to run a marathon to get me interested in boxing and bicycling. But it has. I'm pumped about both. Today I did my first organized bike training, intervals. 30 seconds max, 1 minute slow, ten sets followed by a cool down. This was after 30 minutes of boxing training.

My knees like the change.
